Shell-and-tube heat exchanger units are designed to heat natural gas with a heat carrier (water, glycol mixture, steam) before pressure reduction, as well as for heat recovery and heating systems at gas distribution and compressor stations.
The units are supplied on a common frame with piping, shut-off and control valves, temperature and pressure instrumentation, ready for connection to the heat source and the gas line.
What the system provides
- Gas–liquid and liquid–liquid versions
- Removable tube bundle for cleaning and inspection
- Automatic outlet temperature control with a control valve
- Design pressure on the gas side up to 7.5 MPa
- Thermal insulation and heat-tracing for outdoor installation
- Integration with SAU GRS and the heater control system
