Automatic gas distribution stations “Energia” (AGDS) with a nominal capacity of 1 000, 3 000, 5 000, 10 000, 15 000, 30 000, 50 000, 75 000 and 100 000 Nm³/h are designed to reduce the high pressure (7.5 MPa > P > 1.2 MPa) of natural, associated petroleum or manufactured gas to a set low pressure (1.2 MPa > P > 0.2 MPa) and maintain it with the specified accuracy, measure the gas flow and odorize the gas at the set rate before supplying it to consumers — in normal mode without the participation of a station operator.
The stations are used to supply gas to towns, industrial enterprises and other consumers from main pipelines and their branches.
What the system provides
- Gas cleaning from mechanical impurities and condensate
- Gas heating before pressure reduction to prevent hydrate formation
- Two-line pressure reduction with automatic switch-over to the standby line
- Commercial gas metering with a flow computer
- Automatic odorization proportional to the flow rate
- Automated control system with transmission of data to the dispatch centre
- Block-container design with heating, lighting, ventilation and gas concentration monitoring
